Wine of The Month November 2018

2016 Oparina Padthaway Rosé
Winemaking
This dry Rose is made from our estate grown shiraz grapes, handpicked from our Padthaway vineyard in 2016, fermented with natural yeast and stirred regularly on full lees until bottling. A wine to drink this summer, serve chilled with seafood or pasta.

Tasting Notes
A salmon pink colour with a perfumed nose of strawberries and cream, crisp and savoury palate. Delicious!
